In this project, an agreement was made with the marketing director of Facilicom Services Group to research the best ways to attract talent in the future.

Brief

As more and more talented workers decide to work for small companies or set up their own, Facilicom Services Group asked to help design new ways to attract new talent in the future.

During a project of one year, a project group was set up, representing different parts of the organisation to work on a business transformation journey. This group had commitment on all levels within the organisation, including board level of which one of the directors joined the initiative.

Two-weekly workshops took place to discuss the impact the fast changing markets have on a company like Facilicom. Also new trends and developments around the topic of ‘Attracting talent’ were shared. 

Together, with support of the project group, new initiatives were introduced to share with the board of Facilicom to stimulate change within the organisation.

Results:

A change process kicked off the moment this project started. All team members of this transformation project got introduced to new methodologies and more importantly to look at business from a different perspective.

Up till this day the project members still use the methodologies learned in the project.

In addition some of the findings, presented by the transformation team have been implemented over time by the board of Facilicom.
